In order to purchase an Airsoft Product from Georgia Airsoft, Inc. you must be at least 18 years of age. Georgia Airsoft, Inc. will NOT sell to minors. The purchaser of any product from Georgia Airsoft must be 18 years of age and aware of any local or state law(s) governing the use of airsoft products in their area. It is up to the purchaser, not Georgia Airsoft, to determine that there are no laws that prohibit owning or purchasing airsoft related products in his/her respective jurisdiction.
Georgia Airsoft, Inc. holds customer information for transaction purposes only and does not sell or give customer information to 3rd parties. All on-line store transactions are done securely through Authorize.Net or PayPal. Credit Card information is encrypted and transfered only through secure process (SSL). We do not keep your credit card information on file.
Canadian customers: We cannot ship airsoft guns, gas or oil products to Canada but we can still ship airsoft accessories. If you are placing an order from Canada please contact us for shipping rates before making payment.

All airsoft guns come with a permanent, safety orange painted muzzle and any and all trademarks that are not legal in the United States have been removed in accordance to Federal law. Any alteration or modification to the safety orange painted muzzle or removed trademarks will violate state and/or federal law and will void any and all warranties. Under Federal law, any use of an airsoft product in a crime is the equivalent of using an actual firearm or weapon. Georgia Airsoft, Inc. will be held harmless and free of any and all legal action arising from the use or purchase of products from Georgia Airsoft, Inc. Customer information is kept for Georgia Airsoft's records only and is never sold or given to 3rd parties. Georgia Airsoft, Inc. reserves the right to submit customer personal information to Law Enforcement Agencies per their request.
WARRANTY INFORMATION
Any Warranty is offered by the manufacturer or distributor of the airsoft product. Georgia Airsoft, Inc. offers a Limited Warranty on some products. Some products are sold AS-IS and do not come with a warranty. Please check the Product Description or contact us for more warranty information.
Georgia Residents must pay 7% sales tax. We cannot ship Airsoft Guns to Canada (we can still ship accessories and parts to Canada). We are not accepting international orders at this time.
Georgia Airsoft, Inc. reserves the right to cancel any order. If your order is cancelled by Georgia Airsoft, Inc. you will recieve a full refund via your sorce of payment.
